This artisanal loaf combines the subtle tang of naturally fermented sourdough with the satisfying crunch of sunflower, pumpkin, oat, poppy and golden linseed. The blend of organic white, wholemeal and dark rye flours creates a complex flavour and wonderfully dense crumb that's perfect for toasting or enjoying with your favourite toppings.
