Our delicious Dark Chocolate, Orange & Cardamom seeded Sourdough is a rich, aromatic loaf with a beautifully balanced mix of deep cocoa, bright citrus and warm spice. Made with our naturally fermented seeded sourdough the result is gently sweet rather than a desert like with a crisp crust and soft chewy crumb. Treat yourself or give as a unique Christmas gift.

Sweet pairings: Butter and orange marmalade, Mascarpone and honey, Almond or Hazelnut butter, Ricotta with honey.
Savoury pairings: Mature cheddar, Brie or Camembert, Goat's cheese, Blue cheese, Prosciutto or jamon, Butter & sea salt.
