A crisp and light French loaf, made with our rye leaven and a tiny dash of yeast. Shaped into a plumper, more rotund oval.
Ingredients: French white wheat flour (90%), hardwheat (8%), wholemeal (2%), light rye flour from the leaven, water, salt, yeast
Allergens: gluten (wheat, rye), soya
Made in an environment where we regularly use nuts, gluten, milk, sesame, celery, eggs, soya and mustard. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that anything we sell is completely free of ANY allergen. Soya oil is used to lightly line the tubs used during the bread mixing process, it is not an ingredient in the bread recipe.
