A medium sized sourdough, it's our millstone sourdough base with barley malt syrup and malted wheat and rye flakes. This is a moist, dark loaf with a lovely sweetness.
Ingredients: Organic white wheat flour (64.5%), organic wholemeal wheat flour (25%), organic dark rye flour (10.5%), water, salt, malted rye grain, barley malt syrup, malted wheat flakes.
Allergens: gluten (wheat, barley, rye), soya
Made in an environment where we regularly use nuts, gluten, milk, sesame, celery, eggs and mustard. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that anything we sell is completely free of ANY allergen. Soya oil is used to lightly line the tubs used during the bread mixing process, it is not an ingredient in the bread recipe.
