Dark, dense and intense, this wheat-free bread is the perfect accompaniment for smoked salmon or for using in any Scandi-inspired dishes. Our rye bread is made without added folic acid.

Soya oil is used to lightly line the tubs used during the bread mixing process, it is not an ingredient in the bread recipe.
